Baby Bird's Poetry
Torments of the Talented
Provoke him and watch him cry,
Watch his mind crumble
Under too much pressure,
And watch the darkness creep
Into his soul that knows not despair.
Hurt her and watch each tear,
Falling as she strives to break free
From desperate memories embodying soul,
Rife with pain inflicted by others
That does not fade
But scars eternally
Dump on her, confide your troubles,
Without a thought of her pain,
Watch as her strength endures each knock
So often caused by societies chains,
And watch as heartache lingers
Ready to consume her soul.
Then watch as many people sleep
And dream of superficial slumber
Unaware of the tormented pressure
They instigate the pain
Not knowing
For life is one great journey
We all must face
Tormenting the talented
Who delve too deep
Whilst others stand by and watch
They face problems that have no answers
