Leaves - tough, blunt-ended, needle-like, to 2.5 cm long
Flowers - pale dark blue, pink or white, tubular, two-lipped
leaves, flowering tops, oil
Leaves and flowering tops are collected in spring and early summer used fresh, distilled for oil, or dried for various uses.
