Sedative Tea |
This tea is excellent for insomnia, especially when due to muscle fatigue. It may also be used for symptoms of PMS.
1 part green tea
1 part raspberry leaf
1 part rosehips
1-2 parts chamomile
1-2 parts valerian
The chamomile and valerian in this recipe may be slightly varied to taste. Steep herbs in water just off the boil for 5-10 minutes. You may sweeten with sugar or honey or add a juice concentrate for flavour.
