Spring Tonic

This recipe is an excellent cleanser and body tonic.

Clean and chop dandelion root if necessary. Simmer cloves, licorice and dandelion roots in 1/2 litre of water for half an hour. Strain herbs and add liquid to apple juice. This mixture should be kept refrigerated. A small glassful of the tonic should be consumed each day.
