4. Groningen's city centre is quite small and easily walked, so you shouldn't need a car to run from venue to venue. The Oosterport is also easily reachable, but taxis are numerous in the city if the weather turns nasty or you're just to tired to make it back to your hotel by foot.
5. Look through the schedule early and mark the acts and discussions you really want make. Be sure to get to the doors early; the festival operates on a first come, first served basis and if the venue is full you'll just miss out.
