'Threshold' is the dynamic remix album from Kylyra showcasing the song "Threshold" in all of its incarnations. It includes the original mix that appeared on 'First Steps' as well as an old remix ("-Death by Jazz") that was previously unreleased. For the rest of the 'Threshold' versions Kylyra went back to writing and added several new melody lines. "I never really felt the original arrangement was finished," said Kylyra, "so I completely re-wrote the song." Threshold contains three remixes of the new incarnation, aptly titled "Threshold: A New Beginning", including the version that will appear on Kylyra's release, 'Ishtar's Ascent'. As an added bonus, the breathtaking "pianofortisimo", also on 'Ishtar's Ascent', is included.
